INFRARED SAUNA GENERAL
Infra-cabins serve to quickly warm up muscles and joints. They are used mainly in sport centres and fitness centres to warm up the body prior to carrying out strenuous physical activity, in rehabilitation centres before massage, in beauty salons prior to skin treatment, and also prior to stays in cold environments, thus making them ideal for use in hotels, guesthouses and normally in flats or houses.
Infrared cabins
We offer infrared warming cabins (sometimes incorrectly called "infrasaunas") in two choices of material, and in three basic dimensions; naturally, it is no problem for us to manufacture cabins with different dimensions than the standard three - and for no extra fee. The technology used for warming the body is as standard ceramic infrared elements controlled by a multifunctional RTS-02 infracab digital regulator. Infrared cabin could be made also from other types of wood, eg. Canadian pine-tree hemlock, Finnish thermopine, aromatic cedar or Finnish thermoaspen. Infrared emitters Philips are the best technology for for warming a body. Emitters are remoted by ultifunctional digital regulator.
HOW INFRARED SAUNA WORK:
- are designed to warm up the body before further sports, rehabilitation or regeneration activities, prior to cosmetic skin treatment and before stays in cold environment
- in infrared cabin you breathe cool air, yet at the same time you feel warmth (you warm up)
- if your aim is not to sweat, the door of the infra-cabin may be left open
- you can warm up whilst wearing everyday clothes
- according to the type of activity that follows, you can choose a refreshing warm-up or a hygienic shower
- the warm-up time depends on how you feel, 25 to 40 minutes at 50-60°C is normally recommended
- we always recommend you visit your doctor in case you are using medicines, have acute injuries, are pregnant, etc.
THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS OF INFRARED LIGHT
It is commonly known that heat from infrared systems has these therapeutic effects:
1. It increases the expansion of fibres - This effect is invaluable in helping tendon stress, tendon capsule stress and damaged or dysfunctional muscles, during athletic training, and in therapeutic stretching for sportspersons after treatment for problems of mobility!
2. It immediately reduces stiffness of the limbs - Stiff joints and connecting tissues are rid of stiffness.
3. It reduces muscle strain - Muscle strain is reduced through warming up, even though its cause is found in the joints and in neurological phenomena.
4. It alleviates pain - A reduction in muscle stress leads to alleviation of pain. In studies concerning the treatment of teeth, this phenomenon is even used as an anaesthetic.
5. It stimulates blood circulation - Warming up certain parts of the body develops reflexes in other parts, expands body tissue and strengthens blood circulation.
6. It is effective in the treatment of inflammation of the skin and in secretion of sweat.
Research confirms that taking sauna helps towards perfect detoxification of the body.
